Returns

If you ordered the wrong item, you can return products within 10 days of receiving them, as long as they are in new and unused condition. Please measure carefully to ensure that you order the correct size and style for your application. The cost of the return shipping will covered by the customer, or deducted from the amount credited back to the original purchase method.
A restock fee of 10-20% may be incurred, depending on the situation and the manufacturer. We understand that accidents happen and we will do everything we can to help you out.

Custom-sized tarps have limited resale potential, so returns on any non-standard size tarp will be up to our discretion. Generally speaking, custom tarps are not returnable. We strongly advise you to verify the exact length and width you need before placing your order.

If we make a mistake in your order, we will pick up the defective product and provide a replacement. We make mistakes too! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and notify us so that we can get it corrected. PLEASE TAKE PICTURES.

We will not replace or refund payment for tarps or parts damaged by misuse or improper installation, so please order carefully to ensure that you are ordering the correct part for your situation.

If any part of your order appears to have been damaged in shipping, please refuse the order if possible or note the specific damage with the delivery driver before signing your delivery receipt, and notify us immediately. TAKE PICTURES of the damage so that we can fully understand what happened. Upon notifying us, we will make immediate arrangements for a replacement.

If you receive a product that you believe to be flawed or defective, please notify us immediately. You may return the product and, if after examining it, we agree that the product is defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Warranties

We support our manufacturers' warranties and guarantees as specified by the individual manufacturer. Please read carefully the product descriptions on our website for specific warranty information. Many products offer a 90-day manufacturer's warranty; certain items may carry longer or more extensive coverage; for example, most of our motors carry a one (1) year warranty.

Tarp Warranty
We guarantee our tarps to be free of manufacturing defects, including faulty stitching, loose grommets, or faulty welds. We do not warrant against ripped, punctured, or torn tarps. Science has yet to provide a material that is entirely impervious to damage, and so we are unable to guarantee our tarps against ripping. We cannot guarantee that sharp objects will not rip your tarp. It is the responsiblity of the end user to use their equipment in such a way to minimize risk of damage. Take precautions and you will get the most use out of your tarp. We have plenty of customers who have enjoyed years of heavy use from the same tarp. It's all about how you treat the product.

Please note that tampering with or modifying any item will void all warranties.
