Dumpster liners are a crucial tool in the world of waste hauling and containment. Roll off container liners serve many purposes. They protect the interior of the dumpster from rust, corrosion, staining, and general ickiness. They reduce the need for container wash-outs, making it faster and easier to put dumpsters back into service. They prevent fluid waste from leaking through seams in the dumpster. They prevent fine powders and hazardous particles from escaping during transport or in windy conditions. They are often used for concrete washouts, asbestos hauling, and toxic waste containment.
These premium dumpster liners feature a patented construction that places the material seams on the outside of the container. Other liner manufacturers typically have seams running down the middle of the liner or the ends, which creates weak points in the liner and increases the risk of failure.
40 Yard Dumpster Liner Features
Liner Dimensions: 22' x 8' x 8'
Material: 4mil Black disposable polyethylene
The liner is rolled for easy deployment and can be installed by one person from the outside of the container.
- 1. Remove the rolled liner from the box.
- 2. Center the roll along the end wall of the container and unroll one foot so that it hangs down over the outside edge.
- 3. Hold on to the foot of unrolled material and release the roll into the container, allowing it unroll toward the opposite end of the container.
- 4. With the center slit remaining centered along the end wall, begin unfolding the outer wings of the liner.
NOTE: The end seam may appear like bunched material, however DO NOT tear or attempt to unravel it.
- 5. Reach about 3 feet into the container to grab the outer edge of the liner and fold it out towards you and fold it over one corner. Repeat on the other side.
- 6. With the corners fastened, work your way down the length of the container, pulling the top layer out and over the side of the container. Continue around the edge of the container.
- 7. If desired, secure the liner to exterior hooks on the dumpster.
