Warranty Details: Roll-Rite, LLC (“Warrantor”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of the new (not used) equipment and parts manufactured and sold by Warrantor under Warrantor’s Roll-Rite® brands to such Customer (collectively, the “Products”) that each of such Products will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable period, in each case commencing on the Warranty Start Date, provided that such Product is used under conditions of normal use, that regular periodic maintenance and service is performed, and that such Product was installed in accordance with the instructions published by the Warrantor or any of its affiliates, and all in accordance with the Product Documentation and subject to the other terms and conditions, and further provided that all warranties extend only to defective components, and not full systems. “Warranty Start Date” means the date of shipment of the applicable Product, as designated by Warrantor. This Limited Warranty is not transferable for any reason, including in the event the applicable Product is sold, traded, transferred or otherwise disposed of in any manner by the original purchaser to another party. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to or defect in Products related to accidents, alteration, misuse, negligence, abuse, vandalism or physical damage, including any damage by rocks, loaders, etc, improper installation (including electrical damage caused by improper installation) or failure to follow installation instructions provided by Warrantor, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, other severe environmental conditions, or unintended uses and/or substances.
