SY-50A 600 V Quick-Disconnect Power Connector for Electric Tarp Systems

The SY-50A 600 V power connector is a compact, heavy-duty quick-disconnect used to deliver reliable 12- or 24-volt DC power to electric tarp motors. It provides a clean, secure connection between the truck’s power source and the tarp system wiring, rated for up to 50 amps continuous current with #6 AWG cable.

Installation

1. Strip the cable to 9⁄16 inch (14 mm).
2. Crimp or solder each contact using an approved SY-50 crimp tool or equivalent.
3. Insert contacts into the housing until the spring snaps into place.
4. Plug the truck and trailer connectors together until they lock securely.
