The 3028340 Buyer Pivot Cover is used to house and protect the spiral torsion springs that drive Buyers front-to-back tarp systems.
Note: Each side requires TWO clamshell pivot covers to enclose the springs. This is for ONE clamshell pivot cover, and does not include 3011876 Flat Spiral Torsion Springs or 3031039 Pivot Arm Hardware Kit.
