Our premium roll tarp kit comes ready to install with all the parts you need to cover your grain cart, grain trailer, grain wagon, or other agricultural machine. Our system features metal end caps which will not rust or corrode. Center ridge straps provide perpendicular support across your truck or cart bed to ensure that your tarp will not sag under rain or snow. Crank arms are adjustable every 4" to suit your needs and your trailer.

Our premium tarps come standard 18oz, but 22oz is also available for very heavy duty work. Tarps are cut to your specific needs to fit your trailer perfectly. We use a material that has been treated against mildew and UV rays. Seams are welded for waterproofing as well as extra durability. Roll tarp pockets are double stitched.

Our tarp stops are extra long/high to ensure that your tarp does not roll over the edge of your trailer when in the open position.
Galvanized metal end caps
We use galvanized metal end caps with our tarping systems as well, which prevents all of the key components of a premium tarping system from rusting over time. Our end caps have a 6 inch rise.
Crank arm
An important component in a tarping system is a reliable crank arm to smoothly open and close your tarp across your trailer. Our crank arms are adjustable every 4" to suit your specifications and are also available extra long if necessary.
Crank retainer with stand off
Stand offs are available in two sizes, depending on the depth of slant of the back of your trailer. This component is what holds your crank arm in place when your trailer is in motion.
Center ridge straps
Our premium systems come standard with two center ridge straps that run from one end cap to the other to give perpendicular support. These center ridge straps prevent your tarp from sagging between bows.
Roll tube
Our 18oz tarps have pockets that fit a roll tube and a stationary tube - one on each long end. The roll tube rolls over the trailer as you open and close your system, pulling your tarp across.
Stationary tube
Our 18oz tarps have pockets that fit a roll tube and a stationary tube - one on each long end. The stationary tube connects permanently to one side of your trailer, holding the tarp in place as you roll the other side across.
Note: Galvanized bows sold separately on kits over 24'
Galvanized bows provide you with a rust and corrosion free solution for your tarping system. Bows have a 7-8 inch rise, to keep your tarp well curved above the sides of your truck. Due to variables with largers trailers, bows are sold separately on kits over 24'. We recommend the complete galvanized bow assembly, available for 7' to 10' wide or 10' to 13' wide.
