RFL Asphalt Tarps (Straight, No Flaps)

RFL (Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex) fabric is extremely durable and tightly woven. Compared to other asphalt fabrics, it is heavy and stiff and may tax a tarping system that is not specifically designed for heavy-duty use. RFL tarps have a very high temperature rating, which makes them an excellent choice for hot asphalt. On most systems, you will want to add at least two feet to the bed of the truck or trailer to leave some tarp on your roller, and subtract two to six inches from the width of your roller mounts.
